The Embedded Home Security Kit was developed with university engineering students in mind. The kit features hall effect sensors for window and door security, and PIR motion sensing for home perimeter protection. With the over 25 items included in the kit, you'll be able to design your own home security system.
The microcontroller included in this kit is the ATMEL® Xplained Mini. The Xplained Mini features the same ATmega328P AVR® microcontroller as the Arduino Uno, but provides an invaluable on-board debugger feature to use in ATMEL® Studio 6.
