Line following Reflectance Sensor Array PN: 20224.
This unique array of IR LED/Phototransistor pairs measures 19mm center to center on each of the 5 QRE1113 sensors.  The LEDON pin drives a 2N7002 mosfet allowing perfect protection for any GPIO. Independent brightness controll using PWM on the LEDON pin. 4 mounting holes for easy adaptation to your line following robot.
3.3V to 5.0 V compatible.
